Number 10 by three inch epoxy coated deck screws are made specifically for the challenges of outdoor building in North America. Whether you are making a deck in the backyard putting up a fence for privacy or holding together wood in areas near the coast these screws give the protection from rust and the reliable performance that workers who do this for a living look for.

Inside is a C1022 carbon steel wire that is shaped into sizes by being cold forged. Then it is covered with a kind of coating made from a hard plastic material that can handle more than 1,500 hours of salt water testing. The tan color looks good with wood that's naturally brown wood that has been treated and man-made materials used for decks. This color helps the screws disappear into the wood so you do not see the metal part.
