Are All Coil Nails the Same?

Proper matching ensures optimal performance and longevity of both the nails and the nail gun. we must pay attention to the angle and spacing of the nails, as well as the nail gun's design. Generally, larger nails tend to have better compatibility, but for nails with a diameter of 2.3mm or less, please verify that the nail gun is compatible.

The weld wire of the coiled nail is very important. Good weld wire have the right hardness and flexibility, resulting in a clean and secure weld. Low-quality weld wire is easy to deform and break during use, causing the nail to get stuck.

Therefore, we must be cautious when choosing nails. Nails with non-standard spot welding spacing will seriously affect the life and work efficiency of the nail gun. In addition, we must pay attention to the traps in the purchase. Some manufacturers may reduce the wire diameter or shorten the nails to cut costs. When we buy nails, we can calipers and scales to verify the dimensions and weight of the nails, ensuring the actual measurements match the packaging specifications.
