1. Drilling
These screws can directly penetrate steel plates ranging from 0 to 12mm using a tapping machine, with the length of the alloy steel drill bit designed according to different application requirements.
2. Threading
The alloy steel tapping threads, after special partial heat treatment, can instantly create new thread grooves that easily fit into the interior of iron or aluminum plates during penetration.
3. Fastening
Made from A2 or A4 stainless steel, the screw body is reinforced through the entire cold forging process to enhance the thread strength. This method, without any thermal treatment, maintains the unique corrosion resistance of each type of stainless steel. The screws are securely and smoothly fastened into the thread grooves, achieving excellent performance in terms of anti-pullout and wind pressure resistance, all while preserving the integrity of the screw threads.
