Product Overview:

Anlock Blind Rivet Out-Bolt is a high-performance structural blind rivet. The mandrel breaks on the outside with a clean, burr-free fracture surface, and the residual mandrel remains inside the rivet body to form a locking mechanism. Suitable for high-strength permanent connections where only one-sided access is available.

Installation Process:

1. Drill Hole    Drill hole to recommended diameter. Ensure hole wall is clean and free of burrs.
2. Insert Rivet    Insert the Out-Bolt into the pre-drilled hole from one side.
3. Attach Tool    Fit the rivet tool nose piece onto the mandrel.
4. Set & Form    Activate the tool; the mandrel pulls until fracture, expanding the rivet body to lock.
5. Fracture Confirmation    Mandrel breaks cleanly on the outside. Residual mandrel locks the rivet body — providing visual installation confirmation.

Recommended Installation Tool: Pneumatic/Hydraulic structural rivet tool with compatible nose pieces for 4.8 mm and 6.4 mm.
